Our resources include downloadable therapy worksheets and emotional regulation activities for kids, designed to support both parents and professionals. We also offer consultancy and research services, helping organisations create positive, evidence-based solutions for families.

We offer specialist online therapy for parents, children, and teens, helping families manage stress, build resilience, and improve emotional wellbeing. In-person sessions are available in Brighton, Eastbourne & London (waiting list applies).
