4. Focused 1:1 Session
In your one-hour online session, we’ll delve into your experiences, create actionable solutions, and focus on strategies to empower you as a parent. This is your opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity.

5. Personalised Action Plan
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a customised action plan that summarises our discussions and provides practical strategies and resources to help you move forward confidently.

A week or two later, we’ll touch base via email or a brief call to see how you’re implementing the action plan and to make any necessary adjustments.
