Life can present various challenges, whether it’s grappling with self-perception, navigating key life events, or managing the complexities of parenting. If you’re finding it hard to navigate these difficulties and are seeking support, my 1:1 therapy sessions may be just what you need.

I offer a warm and welcoming online environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings as a parent, child, or teen. My person-centred approach is tailored to your unique experiences, focusing on helping you gain insights and develop coping strategies to enhance your wellbeing.

Whether you’re a parent of a child aged 6 or a teenager, my therapy sessions are designed to provide the support and clarity you need. I also have limited availability for face-to-face sessions in Central London and Eastbourne, East Sussex, for those who prefer in-person interaction.
As a qualified Therapist with a Degree in Counselling Psychology and currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in the same field, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour and a compassionate approach to my practice. My personal experience as a parent caregiver has equipped me with empathy and insight into the unique challenges faced by families.
I have a diverse background of supporting individuals in various life stages and circumstances. My experience most relevant to families includes:
-
Coordinating the local hospice child bereavement service: Providing grief counselling and support to children and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

-
Holding creative mindfulness groups for children with neurodiverse needs: Utilising art, music, and other creative modalities to help children develop coping skills and manage stress.

-
Counselling young people focused on their experiences of living with chronic health or neurodiversity: Offering support and guidance to individuals navigating the challenges associated with these conditions.

-
Supporting parent caregivers feeling burnt out or overwhelmed: Providing strategies for self-care, stress management, and maintaining emotional well-being.

-
Experience in NHS talking therapies: My work in NHS talking therapies has given me a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based interventions and best practices in mental health care, allowing me to offer high-quality support to those in need.

-
Providing low-cost counselling for individuals with disabilities and their carers: This experience has deepened my appreciation for accessibility in mental health services and reinforced my commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.

-
Facilitating reflective practice groups for doctors undergoing their GP training at Guys and St Thomas Hospital: This role allowed me to engage with healthcare professionals, fostering their reflective skills and resilience as they navigated the challenges of their training.

I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
